As a Fountain Hills AZ Resident I have had the ability to watch the Fountain Hills AZ Real Estate Market During the Real Estate Boom and during the Real Estate Meltdown.  As I chose to live in Fountain Hills due to its proximity to Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and the Airport - I also chose Fountain Hills because of its Luxury Living, Quite Nights, Views, and Great Friendly People.

I was curious to see how Fountain Hills AZ Real Estate would hold up in this market.  It held up very well.  One of the best markets still in Arizona.  Of course like any place there are some Short Sales, Bank Owned, and Foreclosures in the area - The huge price drops in the 20-40% range that are seen across the valley are not seen in Fountain Hills.  Prices did level out a small bit during the correction period, but home sells are picking up.  If a discounted property does hit the market buyers are quick to jump on it knowing it is not very often one is available in Fountain Hills.

Million Dollar Home Sales are going strong with more and more people uprading and Out of State and Country Buyers are purchasing heavily right now.
